Quaranta nougat is produced following an ancient, original recipe, “101 White Nougat”, and is really hand-made. Using only whole nuts, without preservatives, and carefully roasting them in laboratories to get the unique crunchy sensation that makes the nougat so special. Quaranta only use pure chocolate for preparations and creams created by their pastry chefs.
