Lattebusche

Established in 1954 to protect small mountain producers, Lattebusche today is a modern production company working exclusively with local milk, collected daily in the stables of 357 members. Spread over 5 factories (Busche BL, Chioggia VE, Sandrigo VI, Camazzole PD and San Pietro in Gu PD), Lattebusche works with more than 360,000L of milk every day giving life to a wide range of products; high quality fresh milk, yoghurt, ice cream, and cheeses, both fresh and seasoned – the most well-known being the Piave DOP.
