Panificio Cherchi is an artisan company founded in 1995, by Mrs. Rosalia that specialises in manufacturing and marketing of parchment bread crackers – a variety of the traditional carasau bread. Twenty years of experience and professionalism allow the Cherchi family to ensure a high-quality product while preserving the flavours and traditions of Sardinia.
